Design meets food\u201d","gt_translate_keys":[{"key":"rendered","format":"text"}]},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u201cConversazioni sulla creativit\u00e0\u201d: ce ne parlano Fabrizio Sansoni, food stylist, designer &amp; chef e Francesca Meana, paper designer.<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019Associazione GIFASP e Arclinea, in collaborazione con INTERNI \u2013 Mondadori, sono stati i promotori di una conversazione-showcooking che ha visto la suggestiva partecipazione dei due giovani talenti milanesi Sansoni e Meana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uno Showcooking \u2013 Talk con al centro una \u2018Orange Experience\u2019, cio\u00e8 l\u2019arancia, \u201cun oggetto in cui si riscontra l\u2019assoluta coerenza tra forma, funzione e consumo\u201d: \u00e8 l\u2019evento dal titolo \u201cGood design, food design &#8211; Interior and exterior food landscapes\u201d che si \u00e8 svolto il 22 giugno 2015 presso il Centro Cucine Arclinea a Milano. Organizzato dall\u2019Associazione GIFASP che promuove la \u201cCultura della protezione e della sostenibilit\u00e0\u201d e che da sempre si occupa di protezione ed imballaggio e da Arclinea, che quest\u2019anno festeggia i 90 anni e per la quale la \u201ccultura del design\u201d interseca \u201cla cultura del cibo\u201d, ha visto Fabrizio Sansoni, food stylist, designer &amp; chef e Francesca Meana, paper designer, raccontarsi e, mentre lavoravano, mostrare il proprio punto di vista sulla coerenza tra contenuto, forma, funzione e consumo. La formula che puntava sull\u2019 \u201cinformale talento giovanile\u201d ha colto immediatamente il bersaglio. Un incontro, dunque, in cui vi \u00e8 stato quasi un riconnettersi con la tradizione delle antiche cucine del passato, centro e anima della conversazione e della vita della casa, della buona cucina e degli imballaggi curati con amore. Il concept di Gifasp4Expo \u201cCultura della protezione e della sostenibilit\u00e0\u201d \u00e8 stato declinato con il design e la sua funzione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cGood design, food design &#8211; Interior and exterior food landscapes\u201d, in sintonia con i valori di Expo Milano 2015 e all\u2019interno del format \u201cDesign meets food, Milano meets the world &#8211; Conversazioni sulla creativit\u00e0\u201d, \u00e8 stato un evento-origami costruito con gioia e in tempo reale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bello, buono, perfetto tecnicamente: ma il cuore e la passione?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Abbiamo tratto un inciso dalla \u201cfabula\u201d di Fabrizio Sansoni durante il suo intervento: \u201ccome in un racconto, premessa e conclusioni sono i miei punti fermi. A cosa voglio arrivare \u00e8 il primo punto che considero e poi faccio un percorso a ritroso. Mi ispira capire il mood, il concetto che devo esprimere. Da l\u00ec seguo un percorso a ritroso che mi permette di individuare una logica e un punto fermo di partenza. Studio i grandi chef internazionali e le loro tecniche. Provo mille volte, cucino anche tutta la notte in certi momenti. Non credo che il cibo possa essere solo bello o solo buono o solo tecnica. Ci vogliono tutte le componenti e anche cuore e passione\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Rendere coerenti contenuto, forma e funzione<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Francesca Meana, durante il talk, ha affrontato in profondit\u00e0 il tema sotteso all\u2019incontro: \u201ccredo che affinch\u00e8 il contenuto, la forma e la funzione siano coerenti, tutti i vari attori del processo debbano saper collaborare il pi\u00f9 possibile. Il contenuto \u00e8 ci\u00f2 che deve essere enfatizzato, il punto focale di un progetto; la forma e la funzione del packaging devono aiutare l&#8217;utilizzo del prodotto, raccontarlo, essere l&#8217;interfaccia tra il prodotto e il cliente ma soprattutto il packaging deve proteggere.
