Gi\u00e0 dal nome \u00e8 chiaro il <strong>richiamo alla tradizione romana<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tre de tutto<\/strong>, si affaccia con tre generose vetrate arcuate a tutta altezza disegnate su misura, su una piazza ricca di decorazioni e modanature realizzate in materiali umili, tipiche del Barocchetto Romano, che impreziosisce l\u2019edilizia popolare tipica dell\u2019area sorta negli anni \u201820. Qui, sotto l\u2019arco adiacente al locale, Nanni Moretti sfrecciava in vespa nel suo film \u201cCaro Diario\u201d. All\u2019ingresso, un altro omaggio al quartiere: <em>\u201cQuanto \u00e8 bella Garbatella!\u201d<\/em>, recita una scritta al neon, invitando a entrare.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Organizzato su due livelli<\/strong> per assecondare la naturale inclinazione del terreno, Tre de tutto presenta un piano terra a pianta triangolare, con al centro un grande pilastro cruciforme che suddivide gli spazi. Riservato alle prime colazioni e agli aperitivi, con un\u2019area lounge dedicata ai vinili, questo ambiente \u00e8 dominato dal macro-bancone rivestito con due sole lastre di grandi dimensioni.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Le pareti<\/strong>, al di sopra di un rivestimento di maioliche alto 1,50 m, non sono state trattate, ma protette da un trasparente protettivo e <strong>lasciate nel loro stato originale<\/strong>, a esibire come un vezzo i segni del tempo, da fori e tracce di vecchi impianti, a scritte e disegni precedenti alla ristrutturazione. Il pavimento \u00e8 stato sostituito da una colata di cemento rifinito in resina trasparente, per un risultato discreto e poco invasivo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><em>\u201cCome in tavola i proprietari Mirko Tommasi e Daniele Notte propongono i classici<\/em> <em>della cucina romana rivisitati, prendendo ispirazione da uno dei quartieri pi\u00f9 veraci<\/em> <em>di Roma, allo stesso modo il nostro obiettivo fin dal principio \u00e8 stato non snaturare<\/em> <em>lo spazio preesistente, ma valorizzarlo e al contempo cucirlo addosso ai<\/em> <em>committenti. Cos\u00ec abbiamo lasciato le pareti grezze, con le stratificazioni di<\/em> <em>intonaco originali, dialogare con il design contemporaneo degli elementi<\/em> <em>architettonici che caratterizzano il locale, dal bancone dalle linee asciutte che<\/em> <em>domina nel bar, alla scala squisitamente pop del ristorante\u201d<\/em>.<\/p><cite>Racconta Matteo Soddu, co-fondatore dello studio.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Alle tonalit\u00e0 neutre della preesistenza, si contrappone <strong>una palette dinamica di colori<\/strong>, studiata insieme alla Colour Consultant Sabina Guidotti. Il rivestimento a parete in maioliche blu notte con fughe a contrasto color mattone, si combina con le venature arancio prugna e bluette del bancone, le sedie di recupero in ferro giallo e rosa carne, ben si sposano con il color cuoio delle panche rivestite con un tessuto tecnico nautico o con i tavoli, anch\u2019essi di recupero in ferro, dotati di top in legno colorato e rullato ad hoc con dei decori tenui.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al piano inferiore<\/strong>, che ospita due sale ristorante, la cucina del locale, i servizi e i magazzini, pareti carta da zucchero si alternano a pareti rivestite con la <a href=\"https:\/\/socialdesignmagazine.com\/mag\/blog\/tag\/carte-da-parati\/\">carta da parati<\/a> Grid di Texturae. Il collegamento con il livello superiore avviene tramite una scalinata-tunnel color salmone provvista di obl\u00f2. Un ingresso indipendente, invece, permette di accedere al ristorante direttamente dalla strada, grazie a una scala a rampa unica di colore giallo acceso, con una struttura in ferro fortemente geometrica, tamponata in pannelli di lamiera microforata.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Il men\u00f9<\/strong>, di sostanza e senza troppi artifici, propone <strong>ricette della tradizione reinterpretate<\/strong>, e <strong>drink \u201cmade in Garbatella\u201d<\/strong>.
