Una villa total white in Portogallo dove la dominanza del bianco \u00e8 interrotta dal calore del legno e da parti strutturali in cemento a vista.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Questa villa si trova in una zona residenziale della citt\u00e0 di S\u00e3o Jo\u00e3o da Madeira in Portogallo. L’accesso alla propriet\u00e0 avviene tramite una strada in forte pendenza che il design del cancello d’ingresso cerca di domare. Il piano terra della casa si trova sotto il livello stradale e un volume a capanna annuncia l’ingresso della casa a chi si avvicina dalla strada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

L’intero edificio \u00e8 addossato all’estremit\u00e0 occidentale del terreno, lasciando pi\u00f9 spazio esterno possibile ad est, dove si trova l’area esterna privilegiata. Sul lato est, la casa si presenta come un unico blocco, riparato da una copertura piana continua.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Da questo tetto piano si staglia un volume a capanna in cemento armato, che copre l’ingresso e l’area sociale della casa, che si differenziano per volumi oltre che per i materiali utilizzati. La presenza di questo volume notevole si fa sentire anche all’interno della casa, gli elementi in cemento che sostengono questo volume risaltano tra le pareti bianche, i particolari in legno e gli armadi che prevalgono in tutta la casa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ad ovest il progetto beneficia della necessit\u00e0 di realizzare un muro di contenimento con il terreno limitrofo. Il muro di contenimento in cemento a vista appare emergere all’interno dell’abitazione negli ambienti di servizio (garage, lavanderia e servizi igienici) e nei patii esterni che li illuminano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per quanto riguarda il linguaggio architettonico, il bianco \u00e8 il colore predominante, sia all’esterno che all’interno, ed \u00e8 occasionalmente interrotto da alcuni dettagli in legno o cemento a vista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
